Steve V. Lainez
President and CEO
Steve Lainez is a life-long resident of the Washington Metropolitan area. Steve’s first entree into the world of commercial cleaning came as a young teenager helping his mother clean banks during the evenings in downtown Washington, DC.These early work experiences helped Steve develop his strong work ethic and taught him the value of providing quality customer service. Steve went on to pursue a BA from the University of Maryland – College Park, worked internationally, and has considerable professional experience in the public, philanthropic, and nonprofit sector where he performed the roles of Human Resources Director, Program Officer and Strategic Consultant.Steve has managed large and small teams and been responsible for overseeing 160 staff.Along with his experience and understanding of cleaning and janitorial services, Steve also brings a unique level of communication skills, transparency, and strong customer service acumen which he has instilled into his company.
Steve holds a MA from the University of Indianapolis, Indiana, and a MPA from Baruch College – CUNY. Steve lives in Kensington, MD with his wife, toddler daughter, and their dog Koji.
Marcos Dominguez joined PSI in 2012 after 20 years working in operations for some of the largest locally owned contractors in the Washington, DC area. Marcos brings added knowledge of large facility management and building service contracting as an operation specialist to PSI.Marcos has expertise in all areas of commercial cleaning services and facility maintenance. He is particularly adept with hard surface floor care and carpet maintenance, including terrazzo maintenance services for interior and exterior projects.Additionally, Marcos has extensive contacts within the community, as the regular host of a popular radio program on Spanish-speaking Radio America 1540 AM, which has enabled PSI to recruit staff for buildings or projects of any size throughout the DMV region. Marcos is fluent in English and Spanish, which enables him to communicate effectively with employees, management, and customers.
Brice Alexander Sr.
Brice Alexander, Sr. originally founded PSI in 1988 and has a long track record of delivering first class operations management for a diverse array of clients ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to over 300,000 square feet. Brice has also overseen relationships with 80 clients, a work force of 100 employees, and service to 1,500,000 square feet of commercial office areas. In addition, Brice has completed courses from the Building Service Contractors Association and is a Certified Building Service Executive and Registered Building Service Manager. Brice now serves the company as a consultant and special advisor to the President/CEO on matters related to operations and business development.
