The President of Presidential Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) is a life-long resident of the Washington Metropolitan Area. From 1979 to 1988 he was the corporate Vice-President of one of the largest locally owned cleaning contractors in this area with over five million dollars in annual sales and eight hundred employees. He has provided first class operations management for such clients as:
  • Moore & Associates - 104,000 square feet
  • Beebe  Health Campus - 42,000 square feet, and 25 satellite locations
  • Eagle Bank - Headquarters building and 3 branches
  • Weir - Alderdice Management - 72, 000 square feet
  • St Pius X Roman Catholic Church and School - 52,000 square feet
  • Colonial Properties Trust - 157,000 square feet
  • Rehoboth Medical Development

As you can see Brice has the experience and knowledge to provide comprehensive service to any size project in our area. He is also familiar with all the locations serviced in the Washington Metro Area. These are the skills learned in corporate, business and personnel management, that is so vital to you and your clients.

In 2001 PSI expanded it's operations to the Sussex County Delaware and Berlin, Maryland area. We provide full services for more then 80 clients in Medical, Financial and general office environments. We have a complete  Operations staff and over 45 employees in our Delaware Regional Division

In addition Brice successfully completed courses from the Building Service Contractors Association, Inc., that awarded him the designation of Certified Building Service Executive and Registered Building Service Manager. He has acted as Director of the Capitol Association of Building service Contractors and is also active in the affairs of his community.

Mr. Alexander has also taken courses at the University of Maryland in Spanish, which enables him to communicate with both workers and area management.

Originally from Buffalo, N.Y., Mary brings 2 years of hands on service oriented sales and marketing experience to the PSI team.  As our Marketing Director, Mary is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for PSI.  Mary is an alumnus of Medaille College in Buffalo and has continued her efforts to expand her knowledge of sales and marketing by attending numerous seminars and workshops.  

Mary has spent over 20 years in the marketing industry as both a business owner and key marketing representative for one of the largest national promotional products firms in the U.S.A..  She is also currently taking courses for Spanish in the workplace.  Mary has complete in-service training in Bio-Hazard Waste Disposal, MRI room cleaning, security and safety as well as contracting.  

   
PSI is presently providing services for more than 80 clients in commercial, banking, R&D and laboratory space. We have a work force of 120 people and clean close to 1,500,000 square feet of commercial office areas.
